- I'm afraid it is going to be a long before the housing sector in particular and the economy in general will take a long time to recover from the damage that Barney Frank's policies have inflicted. I could not be more overjoyed to hear that he is retiring.

- We got about an inch down here in the Salem area in Oregon. Hey Al Gore, could I have some of that global warming crap you tried to sell us? Just kidding, I have a 4wd car, and I don't mind snow now and then. We only get a few inches a year in a normal year anyway.
